Specifications for Poster Presentations:

• Poster displays will be limited to one side of a 4-foot by 8-foot poster board. The recommended poster size is 3 feet by 6.5 feet (36 inches by 78 inches, 91 cm by 200 cm).

• Posters are to be displayed in LANDSCAPE orientation only.

• The poster board number assigned will be placed on the poster board and must be visible for the duration of the conference. Pushpins or thumbtacks will be provided to mount your poster.

• Be sure to include the abstract title, author and coauthor names, and the institution(s) at which the work was performed.

• It is recommended that you hand-carry your poster to the conference, using tubular packaging or a portfolio case. There are also online vendors that can print posters on fabric, which can be folded and carried compactly in your luggage. Poster costs are the responsibility of the authors.

• Poster printing will NOT be available on-site in Puerto Rico.

• The designated poster presenter must be present during the assigned session.

• ALL posters should be posted by the start of the first poster session.

• ALL posters should remain mounted throughout the conference and discussions between presenters and other attendees outside the actual poster sessions are encouraged.
